Go to the Club section, click on the member's name, and hit the 'Promote' button. Now they can help you run the show!

Look, all you have to do is open your Club, find the player, tap on them, and choose to promote them. Done and done.

I promoted my friend last week. Go to the club menu, tap on their profile, and then hit 'Promote to VP.' Works like a charm!
