Making a Stopwatch in Terraria is straightforward, but you gotta have 5 gold coins first. Then, find the Traveling Merchant; he doesn't stick around forever, so keep an eye out. When he shows up, check his inventory, and if you're lucky, he'll be selling the Stopwatch. It's as simple as buying it off him!
