Make sure you're actively wandering around Sotenbori and Kamurocho. The more you roam, the higher your chances of bumping into those elusive street bosses.

You need to find and defeat certain thugs on the street. They're usually glowing red and have higher health bars than normal enemies. Beat 'em up, rinse and repeat!

To make street bosses appear in Yakuza Kiwami 2, you need to talk to the Komaki Dojo guy after progressing far enough in the story. Once you do, he'll tell you about the bosses and they'll start to spawn randomly around the city. Happy hunting!

Keep an eye out for red auras in crowded areas. That's usually a surefire sign of a street boss lurking around to give you a good fight.

You gotta beat Majima Construction side-missions. They start popping up once you get deep enough into those. It's a grind but worth it.
