All you need is Master Fishing Skills and a pinch of luck for that Chaos Fish. Teleportation Potion = 1 Chaos Fish + 1 Fireblossom + 1 Bottled Water. But honestly, it's more fun to just walk. You'll miss all the cool stuff underground if you keep teleporting everywhere.
