Tom will pee automatically when his bladder is full. Just continue feeding and giving him drinks regularly, and he'll head for the bathroom when he needs to.
I've played a lot of My Talking Tom, and there's no direct way to make Tom pee on command. Just keep up with his daily care and it will happen naturally.
No need for potty training, folks. Tom will do his business when he needs to.
