How to Make Valorant Use Less CPU
The trick to making Valorant less demanding on your CPU? First off, lower your in-game graphics settings like shadows, textures, and effects - they’re the usual suspects in hogging CPU resources. Also, cap your FPS to a level that matches your monitor's refresh rate; no need to push for 300 FPS if you're on a 60Hz screen, right? And don't forget to update your graphics drivers, outdated ones can sometimes make things worse. Finally, keep background apps to a minimum while you game, every little bit helps!

Lower settings? Why even bother, just buy a better CPU lol. Games gotta look good or what's the point.
Had a similar issue, tried everything but nothing worked. Then I cleaned my PC, especially the fans and heat sinks, and it actually helped. Seems like overheating can throttle your CPU, making games run worse. Worth a shot!
Honestly, just close anything you don't need in the background. I had Discord, Spotify, and like ten Chrome tabs open once - game was a slideshow. Closed 'em and boom, Valorant ran like butter.
