First, you need an Auto Shop built at your base. Then, gather some vehicle upgrade kits鈥攂asic, light, medium, or heavy鈥攄epending on the vehicle type. Park your car at a parking spot and use the upgrade kit from the inventory screen!
You gotta build an Auto Shop before you can do any fancy upgrades. Once you have that, just get an upgrade kit and put it to work.
I tried several vehicle upgrades, and trust me, having an Auto Shop will make your life a lot easier. Once you've got one, grab a kit and get to upgrading!
