How to Manually Open Xbox 360 Disc Tray
Turn off your Xbox 360 and unplug it. Then, use a small pin or paperclip and insert it into the manual eject hole just below the disc tray. Give it a little push, and the tray should release. It's magic!

Just stick a paperclip in the tiny hole next to the tray. Done.
I鈥檝e had to do this before! Just make sure the console is off, then insert a paperclip into the small manual eject hole by the disc drive, and push gently. Worked like a charm for me.
