Take a paperclip, straighten it out, and insert it into the small hole located to the right of the disc tray. Push gently and the tray should pop open!

I had to unclip a paperclip and use it to poke the manual eject hole on my Xbox 360. It's a quick fix!

Easiest way? Just power down your Xbox 360, press the eject button, then power it back up and let it do its magic.
