You can mark resources by looking directly at the item and pressing the 'mark' button (default is 'G' on PC, left D-pad on consoles).

It's easy, just press 'G' on your keyboard while aiming at the resource you want to mark in Warframe.

Just aim at the resource you want to mark and press the designated key for marking. This is usually the 'G' key on PC. Simple and done!
