How to Meet Mr. Qi in Stardew Valley
Meeting Mr. Qi in Stardew Valley is like an adventurous treasure hunt! First, you've gotta get your hands on a Battery Pack. Then, head over to the Tunnel next to the Bus Stop and use the Battery Pack on the lockbox inside to get a note from Mr. Qi. This note will kick off the 'Qi's Challenge'. To actually meet him face-to-face, follow the challenges laid out in his note which leads you through placing a Rainbow Shell in the box at the train station, and eventually getting into the Skull Cavern. If you manage to go deep enough, Mr. Qi will grace you with his presence and offer further quests.

Actually, you'll first need to find a secret note (#10) that guides you to put a battery in the box in the tunnel. Only after completing this step will Mr. Qi start noticing you!
