No way to tag everyone at once, only individually. Trust me, I've tried in my huge family group chat!
You can't mention everyone at once in WhatsApp, but you can type @ and select names one by one. It's a bit tedious but works!
Just type @ and select each member you want to mention individually. It's manual but the only way!
