Mercy in Mortal Kombat 11 is a way to give your opponent a bit of health back at the end of a match. To perform a Mercy, during the 'Finish Him/Her' screen, stand at mid-range from your opponent, then hold L2 (LT on Xbox), and quickly press Down three times. Release L2 and voila, you've just performed a Mercy!

It's pretty simple! During the 'Finish Him/Her' moment, hold L2 (or LT for Xbox), then hit Down three times quickly and release L2. Your opponent will get a health boost and you get to keep the fight going!

Trust me, I've tried this countless times: while 'Finish Him/Her' is flashing, hold L2 (or LT on Xbox), tap Down three times, let go, and watch the magic happen.

If you're a Mortal Kombat player looking for extra coins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Mortal Kombat essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
