Get yourself an Item Stand and place it where you want that big blue head to hang. Open your inventory, select the Troll Head, and attach it to the stand using the 'Attach' option. Voila, your new wall decor!

First, craft an Item Stand using Fine Wood and Bronze Nails. Equip the stand, place it on a wall, and then attach the troll head from your inventory. It's like decorating your Viking mancave with trophies!
