Honestly, I tried moving a chest without emptying it first and let me tell you, it was a mess. Always, and I mean always, make sure that chest is empty or you'll regret it. Learned that one the hard way!
Moving a chest in Palworld is pretty straightforward. Just approach the chest you wanna move, interact with it, and choose the move option. Make sure your character's inventory has enough space though, cuz any items inside the chest will temporarily move to your inventory during the move. And remember, you can't move a chest if it's open, so make sure to close it first!
