Sorry to burst your bubble, but you actually can't move the turtles in Stardew Valley! Those little guys are part of the scenery, not interactive like the farm animals. So, they're just there to add to the magical vibe of the game. But hey, there's plenty of other stuff you can do - like fishing next to them and pretending they're cheering you on!
