How to move Valorant file location

Moving your Valorant files to a new location isn't as daunting as it sounds! First, you gotta make sure Valorant and the Riot Client are completely closed. Then, head over to the folder where Valorant is currently installed. Copy the entire Valorant folder. Next, paste it into the new desired location on your computer. Now, you have to let the Riot Client know where Valorant lives now. So, open the Riot Client, click on the settings gear icon, go to 'INSTALLED GAMES', click on 'Valorant', then click on 'MANAGE', and 'Uninstall'. Don't panic; your game is safe. After uninstalling, click on 'Install' but here's the kicker, when it asks where to install, point it to the new location where you pasted the Valorant files. The client will verify the files, and you won’t need to re-download the whole game. Voila, you're done!

Tried moving the files once without properly telling the Riot Client. Big mistake. Had to re-download the entire game. Make sure you update the client with the new file path. Learned that the hard way!
