Just hit 'Escape' to open the menu, click on the speaker icon next to your teammates' names, and voila, they're muted!

Easy peasy! Go to the settings menu, select the audio tab, and adjust the volume sliders to zero. Alternatively, you can mute specific players in-game through the social menu.

Mute everything? Go into Settings > Audio, then turn the volume sliders all the way down. Simple!
