Muting yourself in Apex Legends on Xbox is super easy! Just double tap the Xbox button to open the guide, then go to the 'Party' tab and select 'Party options'. From there, you can toggle your mic on and off. So, if you gotta crunch on some snacks without sharing the sound effects, that's the way to go.

I usually just create a party by myself to avoid background noise getting to my team. Works like a charm and you don't have to worry about toggling the mute on and off.
