You can also buy Gauss directly from the in-game market for Platinum, if you're in a hurry and have some extra Plat to spare.
Disruption missions on Kappa, Sedna drop Gauss parts. Farm there, gather components, and build him in the foundry. Easy peasy!
I farmed the Kappa, Sedna Disruption missions for Gauss parts. Took a while, but it was worth it for that speed demon of a Warframe!
