Easy peasy! Just press the eject button on the front of your Xbox 360 console. If that doesn't work, try pressing the 'Y' button while you're on the dashboard.

Use a paperclip.

If the tray is stuck, you can manually open it using a paperclip. Unplug your console, insert the paperclip into the small hole next to the eject button, and gently push until the tray pops out.

I've had this issue before. Simply holding the eject button down for about 10 seconds did the trick for me!
