Easy peasy! While you're free-falling, just tap the 'X' button on PS4/PS5, 'A' on Xbox One/Series X|S, or press the 'F' key if you're on PC. Make sure you've got a parachute equipped first, though. You wouldn't wanna jump without one!

Don't forget, you actually need to own a parachute first! You can't just jump off a building and expect it to appear. Buy one from Ammu-Nation, or sometimes you get one automatically when you board an aircraft.
