Complete the game with a True Pacifist ending, and then head back to Snowdin to find the door can be opened.

The blue door in Snowdin can be unlocked by completing a True Pacifist run, then going back to the door. Keep in mind, it's more of an Easter egg than a major plot point!

Just finish the True Pacifist route and go back to Snowdin. Easy peasy!

To open the blue door in Undertale, you need to achieve the True Pacifist ending first, then return to the area with the door in Snowdin. It's a bit of a secret treat!
