Just take down Meowscles and grab the keycard he drops. Then, make a beeline to the vault and swipe away!

In my experience, the vault on the Yacht can be tricky, but knocking out Meowscles for his keycard always does the trick!

To open the vault on the Yacht, you need to find and eliminate the NPC called Meowscles to get his keycard. Once you have it, head to the vault and swipe the card to open it. Happy looting!
