If your Xbox 360 disc drive won't open, you can try manually ejecting it. Turn off the console and unplug all the cables. Then, straighten a paperclip and insert it into the small hole next to the disc drive. This should release it!

Had the same issue! Unplug everything, then use a paperclip in the little hole on the front of the drive. Worked like a charm for me.
