If your Xbox 360 disc tray is stuck, try turning off your console, then turning it back on and pressing the eject button before anything else.

Just press the eject button on the front of the console! It's right above the USB ports.

Just press the eject button on the front of your console, right next to the disc tray. Easy peasy!

Use a bit of elbow grease (not too much!) and press firmly on the eject button. If that doesn’t work, unplug your console and plug it back in.

I've had this happen. Use a paperclip to press the manual eject button hidden inside the small hole under the disc drive.
