Opening your inventory in Terraria is super simple! Just press the 'Esc' key on your keyboard if you're playing on PC. If you're on console, it'll be the 'Inventory' button, usually 'Y' on Xbox, 'Triangle' on PlayStation, and 'X' on Nintendo Switch. For mobile players, tap the backpack icon on your screen.
