To perform stunts in Asphalt 9, you need to use ramps and drift. Hit a ramp at high speed and use the Nitro boost before or during the jump. While airborne, swipe left or right to perform a barrel roll or backflip!

From my experience, the trick is in timing. Drift near the ramp, hit it with Nitro, and swipe in the air for crazy stunts. Practice makes perfect!
