Sadly, you can't just pick up a raft in Valheim once it's in the water. Your best bet is to dismantle it for some resources using a workbench and the hammer. Don't forget to build another one when you're ready to sail again!

From experience, you'll need a workbench nearby to deconstruct it. Use your hammer and collect the wood and resin back. Happy sailing!
