To pick up weapons in Mortal Kombat 4, simply press the Run button (R1 on PlayStation, RB on Xbox) when you're near a dropped weapon. Happy slicing and dicing!

I've been playing MK4 since day one. Just move your character near a weapon on the ground and press the Run button. You'll be swinging that bad boy in no time!
