Holding down the ping button (R) on a weapon for a sec brings up more options to communicate with your team, like if you need ammo or a different weapon type. Handy for those who really wanna strategize!

Pinging a weapon in Apex Legends on the Nintendo Switch is super easy! Just aim at the weapon you want to share with your squad and press the 'R' button. This will immediately let your team know where the weapon is and what it is, making coordinating your loot sesh a breeze.
