Forge bellows need to be placed right next to your forge, within its upgrade radius. Basically, place it as close as possible to the forge without clipping issues!

You gotta place forge bellows on the ground near the forge. They won't work if they're too far away, so keep 'em close!

From experience, make sure there's enough room around your forge to fit the bellows. It’s a tight squeeze but worth it for that crafting boost!
