Sorry to break it to you, but in Stardew Valley, you can't actually plant mushrooms like your regular crops. However, you can still get your mushroom fix! Choose the mushroom cave option when Demetrius visits your farm, and you'll have a steady supply of mushrooms without needing to plant a single one.

You can't plant mushrooms. Period. Go for the mushroom cave or forage them in the wild.

Mushrooms in Stardew Valley? Can't plant 'em, but the cave option's a solid workaround. I chose it, and it's pretty much set-it-and-forget-it mushroom farming. Plus, foraging in the Secret Woods adds a nice variety to my mushroom collection!

Mushrooms don't grow from seeds or get planted like your typical Stardew crop. But, you can still harvest them! Either explore the Secret Woods and other foraging spots or go with the Mushroom Cave option early in the game for a regular mushroom bounty. Both ways get you mushrooms, no planting necessary!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
