Planting sunflowers in Terraria is super easy! All you need is some sunflower seeds, which you can grab from chopping down sunflowers with an axe. Once you've got your seeds, just equip them and click on the ground where you want to plant them. But remember, you can only plant them on grass, so make sure you're not trying to put them on sand or any other block type. Happy gardening!
Tried planting them in the desert once, thinking I'd make a desert garden. No go. Stick to the grass, folks.
