Honestly, planting's the easy part. The real trick is remembering to water those suckers daily and keeping crows away. Scarecrows are a must once you've got a sizable garden going.

Pro tip: Pay attention to the season! Some seeds only grow in certain seasons, so don鈥檛 waste your time planting something that won鈥檛 grow. Always check the seed packet for the season it grows in.

Just hoe, seed, water, repeat! Till the ground with your hoe, pop a seed in each spot, and give them a good water. Keep those plants hydrated, or they won't grow.

To plant in Stardew Valley, first, make sure you've got some seeds. Use your hoe to till the soil, creating little patches of dirt. Then, simply select the seeds in your inventory, and click on the tilled soil to plant them. Don't forget to water them every day with your watering can until they grow!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
