GTA 5 on PS4 doesn't support traditional split-screen local multiplayer. However, you can still enjoy multiplayer action online by diving into GTA Online. Each player needs their own PS4 and copy of the game. Once you're both set up, you can join the same session and embark on missions, races, or just cause chaos in Los Santos together!

Hot take: Who needs split-screen when GTA Online offers a much bigger playground? Get online and explore together. Sure, it's not the same, but it's grand theft fun!

No split-screen, folks! GTA 5 doesn't do the couch co-op thing on PS4. If you wanna team up, you gotta go online. Each player needs a PS4 & a copy of GTA 5. Meet up in GTA Online and the world's your oyster!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
