Unfortunately, you can't directly play as college teams like Duke in NBA 2K16. Stick to dominating the NBA instead!

You can't play as Duke in NBA 2K16 because it鈥檚 an NBA game, but you can create a player in MyCareer mode and imagine they're a Blue Devil alum!
