You can still play Fortnite on iOS if you had it installed before it was removed from the App Store. Check your purchase history and reinstall from there.

Currently, the only way to play Fortnite on iOS without cloud gaming is by using an older device that already has the game installed. Epic Games is still in a legal tussle with Apple, so no new downloads are possible from the App Store.
