First, make sure you're signed into Xbox Live. Then, just go to the multiplayer menu in Black Ops 3 and select your game mode. Invite your friends if you want to play together!

You need two things: an Xbox Live account and the game. Once you've got those, go to the multiplayer menu and pick your mode.
