First, try using GeForce NOW or Stadia to stream the game. These services let you play high-quality games on less powerful devices like school Chromebooks!

If your school's Chromebook has the option, enable Developer Mode, install Linux, and get Steam running. It鈥檚 a bit tricky but doable!

Honestly, unless you鈥檝e got a super lenient school IT department, you're probably out of luck. Try playing on your phone instead!

I鈥檝e managed to play NBA 2K by installing the Android version directly from the Google Play Store on my Chromebook. It's not the console experience, but it's still fun!

If you're a NBA 2K player looking for extra VCs or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in  NBA 2K essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
