Make sure you have an official hard drive attached to your Xbox 360. Some backward-compatible games require it to run correctly. NFL 2K5 is one of those!

Unfortunately, NFL 2K5 isn't backward compatible with the Xbox 360. You'll need an original Xbox to play it.
