Just get two controllers, go to Multiplayer, and hit Split-Screen. It's that easy. Seriously, more games should make it this straightforward.

Playing split-screen Terraria on your Switch is pretty simple and makes for an epic co-op adventure! First, make sure each player has a controller and then from the main menu, select 'Multiplayer' > 'Split-Screen'. After that, sign in the second player using a different profile or as a guest, and voila, you're ready to dive into Terraria together!

Split-screen is the best way to explore Terraria with a friend! Make sure you've both got a comfy view of the screen; things can get hectic with all the building and battling on one tiny Switch screen.

Honestly, tried it once and it's kinda cramped. Terraria's details are small, so split-screen on the same Switch? Meh, prefer online.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
