Easy peasy! First, grab a PS1 ISO of Tekken 3 and then use a PS1 to PSP converter to make it compatible with PPSSPP. Enjoy the nostalgia!

I've done this a bunch of times! Download a Tekken 3 ISO, convert it using PSX2PSP, and then boot it up in PPSSPP. Works like a charm!
