Sorry to break it to you, but Tekken 7 isn't available on PPSSPP since it's not a PSP game. Maybe try Tekken 6 instead?

Short answer: You can't. Tekken 7 isn't available on PPSSPP because it’s a game made for consoles and PC, not for the PSP. You’ll need a PC or console to play this awesome game.
