Just play on the same region, simple. Make new accounts and pick the region with the best middle ground ping for everyone. Yes, you lose your cool skins, but hey, it's for friendship!
Honestly, they should just remove region locks. It's 2023, let people play with their friends no matter where they are!
I tried playing with friends from across the globe by just using VPNs and stuff, but trust me, it's not worth it. The lag makes it unplayable. Stick to playing within your region or go through the hassle of making new accounts in the same region if you really want to play together.
