First, create or join a Crew in the NBA 2K Mobile app. Then, invite your friends by sending them an invite through the Crew tab. Once they accept, you can set up matches and play together!

From experience, creating a Crew is the way to go. Send invites to your friends, and you'll be dunking on each other in no time!
