First, plug the power cable into the Xbox One and then into a wall outlet or power strip. Next, connect the HDMI cable from the back of the Xbox One to your TV. Finally, attach the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on your TV. Turn everything on, and you're good to go!

Easy peasy: power cord into the Xbox and wall, HDMI into the TV and Xbox. Done.

First, plug one end of the power cable into the back of the Xbox One and the other end into a wall outlet. Then, connect the HDMI cable from the console to your TV. Finally, make sure the controller is paired, and you're good to go!

Speaking from experience, all you need are two cables: power to the wall, HDMI to the TV. Quick and simple in less than a minute.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
