First-hand experience here: I clicked on Activities, went to Crime, and selected Porch Pirate. I scored a TV but got busted soon after. Pick your packages wisely!

Swipe someone's package by choosing the Crime option under the Activities tab, then select Porch Pirate. Just make sure you don't get caught!
