Twitch is all about live streaming, so if you want to 'post' a video, consider doing a live stream or upload it using Video Producer. Easy peasy!
You can't really 'post' a video on Twitch like you can on YouTube. But you can upload pre-recorded videos if you enable Video Producer in your channel settings. Good luck and happy streaming!
