Easy peasy! To rock that rebreather in GTA, first, make sure you actually have one in your inventory. You snag these from Ammu-Nation stores. Once you've secured that essential diving gear, dive into your Interaction Menu -> Inventory -> Accessories, then scroll down to Gear. Boom! Select 'Rebreather' and you're all set to explore those underwater secrets without worrying about your oxygen levels. Happy diving!

Just buy it from Ammu-Nation and then Interaction Menu -> Inventory -> Accessories -> Gear -> Rebreather. Done!

Honestly, why bother? Just use a submarine. Much cooler and no need to fiddle with inventory menus.
